This is a comprehensive 2D CAD with specific functionality to aid sheet metal users and designers. PN 2D will allow the user to create full 2D dimensional drawings for any requirement or purpose.
Also unfolding Tubes, Round to Square Parametric Channel plates etc.
SPLIT MODEL - this function will read in a drawing with multiple-parts and automatically separate the parts, then save as individual models.
PN NC - This is the main body of the NC programming. Here the user can easily control all aspects of programming and can generate programs specific to their own needs. Easy to understand and use users are quickly generating programs for any machine. All Punch, Laser, Combi-Machine Waterjet etc functionality supported. LEARN - PN can be taught by the user how to machine specific areas. The user will no longer need to redo manually specific areas, shapes even punch sequences. PN will remember how the user desires the machining to be conducted and do so fully automatically.

COMPARE - PN will compare different versions of the same file show the user the differences, re-tool the latest version giving the user guides to the necessary changes.

|
COMBI-AREA - PN will automatically find areas on a nest where tool hits overlap, combine or are placed on top of another and redo all this punching so that is no more extra hits etc. This happens when the nest requires a nesting gap equal to the parting (slitting) tool.

|
STRD-MULTI - A nest can be created in PN with no parting or slitting tool. STRD-MULTI will then automatically add all necessary slitting including Disposes via Chutes, Stops. Or automatically add webs with FISHTAIL tools etc.

|
DISPO-PUNCH - Automatically Dispose of all parts via Lifts, Chutes, Stops etc with no user interaction. PN can dispose of parts regardless of orientation. PN will automatically re-sequence hits so parts lie over chute.

|
1-LINE-AUTO (ELEMENT) - This is an extremely powerful tool providing the answer to a very simple idea. Select a line and tool and software does the rest. It sounds simple and PN makes it simple. To machine a line the user simply selects the line then the tool and PN will do the rest. PN will understand from the tool selected the type of machining desired by the user. Rectangle tool normal cutting, Round tool nibbling and even Special tools.
CHANGE TOOLS - Changing a common tool to different parts on a nest can be achieved in seconds. The user simply selects the tool to change, select the replacement tool and PN will automatically change that tool in every instance it occurs. This is very useful when a tool may break and a replacement tool is required for the whole nested sheet.
DISPOSAL CHUTES - All disposal chutes can be handled fully automatically ensuring parts are placed over chutes. Method of use of chute can also be fully controlled by the user.
REPOSITIONING - Choice of different automatic repositioning types to suit different types of nests and layouts. Including clamp repositioning to allow maximum material usage.

SPECIAL TOOLS - Special tools are automatically recognized and added. Special functionality for use of Banana tools to cut out large round discs can also be handled automatically. Triangle tools automatically added as well as Corner Rad tools.

STRETCHING - Parts can easily be stretched in any direction. PN will stretch CAD and NC elements fully automatically. This is extremely useful for many standard rectangular parts that may just vary in size. New parts can be created in seconds.

TAG & WEB - Tagging and webbing will allow for the possibility of addition of FISHTAIL tools automatically.
ELLIPSE - PN can automaticallhy nibble complete ellipse wit just one function. PN can be then taught this ellipse so PN will machine automatically same way each time there after.
HTML Data Files - PN will generate HTML data files providing all information required for manufacture, including Graphic Nests, List of Parts, Times for projects, time for plates, times per part, material usages, costs etc etc.
